About

Tunes in the Dunes

A brand new festival, set on the beautiful golden sands of Perranporth beach in Cornwall. With a back drop of scenic cliffs and sand dunes, this will be a truly unique event where you can enjoy an ice cold beverage with your feet in the sand and the ocean only a stones throw away.

Born from the incredible live music that has been happening at The Watering Hole, the UK's only venue on a beach and the organisers of Electric Beach festival. This is a first of it's kind event for Perranporth, not to be missed. The event will take place on the last bank holiday in May.

Major headline acts will be getting announced over the lead up to the event and also the British longboard championships will be taking place in conjunction with Tunes in the Dunes, where some of the UK's greatest long boarders will be battling it out in the surf.

After Parties

After parties will be continuing late into the night back at The Watering Hole where various acts from the festival will be DJing and performing.

Event Info

The festival is taking place on the sands of Perranporth Beach in Cornwall.

Parking

There will be two zones available for festival parking to avoid traffic congestion with the small town that we live in, to look after the best interests of this beautiful area we have. Please allow plenty of time to get to the festival taking into consideration any hold ups by leaving with plenty of time. There will be no available parking in Perranporth due to the high volume of traffic, so it is important to purchase these tickets in advance.

Zone A - Perranporth Rugby Club

This will be suited mainly for people coming from Newquay and Goonhavern routes.

Zone B - Station Road Car Park

This will be suited mainly for people coming from Truro, St. Agnes and Threemilestone routes. We will be using the car park just behind Co Op.

Day Parking - £5

Please make sure you purchase the correct car park for the direction you will be travelling from. Signposts will mark the route to each relevant car park over the course of the event.

Please note, no cars are permitted to stay in the parking fields overnight.

Camping

Due to the lack of local campsite availability, we are now offering a ticket option for campers and camper vans. We have secured a field opposite the Perranporth Aerodrome. Campsite tickets can now be purchased per person, plus the usual fee for entrance to the festival.

Facilities on the campsite will be very limited, however toilets, overnight security and lighting will be provided. There will be park and ride facilities running through the day for all campers. Please note, no fires, BBQs or music is permitted in the campsite. Tents and vehicles will be in separate fields.
